About Keri

I LOVE my job! I love the fact that I get to meet amazing people and share their special memories and events with them. My clients become my friends! What more could I ask for?

I have two beautiful little girls and an amazing husband. I feel very lucky that Adam and I get to work together--and we ENJOY it!

Our goal is to capture beautiful images that tell a story for you to cherish.

The highest compliment that anyone can pay to me is a referral to a friend. If you like what you see...pass my name along!

Thanks for taking time to check out my work!

Well, I've been very neglectful of my blog this past few weeks. I've been busy doing a lot of event photography lately. It's been fun, but I haven't had much time to get to my blog! I thought that I would post some pictures from a few of the events that I look forward to each year.

The first job that I look forward to every year is Kathryn Howard's School of Dance end of the year portraits. It is a HUGE production! Over the course of three full days I photograph over 400 individual costumes and 50-55 group numbers. It's crazy!!!! To make it even crazier, I have all of the pictures back in time for the parents to pick up at the recital. That makes it a 1 week turnaround for thousands of pictures. How does this happen?? It wouldn't happen without Adam, Shayla, Melissa, Lindsey, Meghan, Mary and Coreen! Thank you so much to all of you for helping so much! Oh yeah, I can't forget to thank the good people of Coca Cola Company for making plenty of Diet Coke to get me through! I literally pull an "all nighter" after the final day of shooting in order to get the images edited, organized and ordered to make it back in time for delivery. This year I was actually able to go to bed at 4am thanks to Coreen and Adam! Whew!

This was my second year in a row to photograph the First Communion children at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. It is so much fun to see the kids dressed in their First Communion outfits at such an important event in their lives. Every year I am blown away by the level of preparation and detail put into this event by the church staff and parents. I look forward to next year, as well! Anita, from the church office, is so on the ball that she already has it scheduled with me! Amazing!

I also had the opportunity to be the photographer at the RHS prom again this year. This is the third year in a row that I have been the prom photographer for RHS. This year they had prom at the high school. It was an indoor and outdoor prom. Leadership did a fantastic job decorating and Absolute Sound did a great job with the music and lights. It's always so much fun to see the students dressed up and looking FANTASTIC!!! It was fun to see so many familiar faces of senior portrait clients. You all looked amazing! I hope you had a fun night!

I really enjoy popping in every once in awhile just to check out all the beautiful latest shots Keri has done. It really makes it fun that my daughter, Charis is on here today! :) My current FAVS: Chelsey and Patricks hands on the blue wall, of course my DAUGHTER'S picture, pretty Emily and the communion shots. Well, I guess I just it all, everything Keri does makes me smile. Isn't she fabulous? Love you honey!

It's too bad you couldn't put each girl's picture up from KHSD so every mom could be as proud as Mary was! All of them looked great in every outfit!! The pictures were beautiful!
Let's hope Kate will enjoy it more this year... please believe I'm crossing my fingers!
And those prom pictures! Can I skip the 'school' part & just go to prom? Those look like so much fun!!!!!
I love seeing new posts!
